A panel of industry leaders, brunch pairings, and live cocktails by Julio Cabrera kicked off the official debut of Granriviera Mimosa.
On March 19th, 2025, Café La Trova, in Miami, set the stage for the official press launch of Granriviera Mimosa, the sparkling flagship of the new Granriviera collection. Media, trade, and industry partners gathered for a celebratory day of storytelling, cocktails, and curated brunch pairings.
The event opened with a welcome speech by Francesco Ganz, CEO of Ethica Wines, who introduced the vision behind the Granriviera brand — a tribute to Italian craftsmanship and lifestyle, designed to bring the spirit of the Riviera to every occasion.
Following the introduction, Nidal Barake, CEO of Gluttonomy, moderated a panel conversation featuring Carolina Cossu, Sales Director of Ethica Wines; master bartender Julio Cabrera; and Tommaso and Alvise Canella, representing Italy’s leading bottled cocktail producer, Canella. The discussion explored the collaboration behind Granriviera Mimosa, from the sourcing of sun-ripened Sicilian oranges and crisp Italian sparkling wine, to the design philosophy that blends Dolce Vita elegance with modern convenience.
After the conversation, guests were invited to enjoy a brunch experience featuring live cocktail service by Julio Cabrera, who brought his signature flair to a lineup of Granriviera Mimosa–based drinks. His most standout creation — the Zombie Imperiale — reimagined the classic mimosa with rum, strawberry syrup, lemon juice, and a sparkling Granriviera twist.
From concept to cocktail, Granriviera Mimosa delivers a bright, refined, and effortlessly joyful expression of Italian living. Granriviera Mimosa is now officially available at Café La Trova and select retailers across Florida and the U.S.
